PUDO DOOR-LOCKER / SELF COURIER T&C's

Kindly confirm with us BEFORE booking a locker, so that we can accurately advise you on the size of the PUDO box to select based on the items which you have ordered.

We will not be held responsible if the items which you have ordered do not fit in the PUDO Box and you have not checked with us first.

If you are using courier services other than PUDO Door-Locker, please ensure that you check the size of the bag/box based on the items you have ordered. We will wrap and secure your items, and assume no liability if the goods ordered do not fit in the courier bag or box.

 

NB! Please pre-arrange courier pick up times with us.

Kindly note that we are not responsible for loss or damage to goods while in transit when using your own courier service, this includes the PUDO Door-Locker option.
